Here's some examples of how people have broken these chains before.
This is my own feeling, not a thought on someone else's story.
I am what you would call a sports fanatic. I love the sporting world and life. It is almost irrational. As I get older, the love fades ever so slightly. I am wishing the desire to watch and talk about last night's game would disappear completely. Why is this so important to me- and so many others?
I do notice though that one of the few things in life that truly interests me are these same sports. When water cooler chatter starts I shut down. When that chatter is on the topic of sports I am completely entrenched. Why?
Should I make an effort to care a little less or should I embrace the love?
